Previously, as a Regional Director of Operations and Business Development, she spearheaded operational restructuring, identified and secured key partnerships, and drove initiatives that led to substantial growth of business resources. Earlier in her career, Kerri provided support and oversight to teams and facilities across multiple states as Regional Director of Home Care and Adult Day Centers, transitioned the organization to a managed care model, and actively engaged in efforts to advance healthcare legislation and community well-being.
