Kerri Pendley serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Acara Healthcare, imparting over 20 years of executive leadership experience dedicated to improving healthcare services for patients and caregivers in their home. She has consistently championed growth, established meaningful partnerships, and implemented innovative strategies that have transformed organizations.

Kerri showcased her expertise across multiple leading national home care organizations in progressive positions of responsibility and opportunity. In a previous company, she excelled in her role as Chief Growth Officer, where she led the creation and expansion of multiple departments, nurtured a culture of collaboration and accountability, and ensured excellence and innovation in the delivery of care. Previously, as a Regional Director of Operations and Business Development, she spearheaded operational restructuring, identified and secured key partnerships, and drove initiatives that led to substantial growth of business resources. Earlier in her career, Kerri provided support and oversight to teams and facilities across multiple states as Regional Director of Home Care and Adult Day Centers, transitioned the organization to a managed care model, and actively engaged in efforts to advance healthcare legislation and community well-being.

Driven by a profound passion for home and community-based care, Kerri tirelessly champions access to exceptional care for all. Her contributions extend to her role as a Board Member and Secretary for the Home Care Association of America where she actively assists in defining the future of healthcare.
